The Opportunity Our Global Communications and Branding Manager will be responsible for designing and leading a broad range of brand, marketing, and communications strategies to support the Civil, Structural and Construction Engineering (CS+C) Service Line within the SJ Group’s Buildings + Cities Business Line. This role will directly manage a portfolio of brands to bring together the combined expertise of our global brand, marketing, and communications community to promote the SJ Group’s world-leading expertise. Key Responsibilities Own marketing, brand and communication strategy development and execution for the CS+C Service Line Own all multi-channel marketing and communications tactics for the service line; develop and lead global content strategy to support overall business objectives Manage global CS+C service line project portfolio; act a knowledge resource for the business line on project expertise and thought leadership Oversee and manage global CS+C Communications + Branding resources; be a team leader and mentor. Create opportunities to develop team members and align projects with professional career aspirations. Direct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies Regularly interface with Service Line leadership; prepare monthly progress reports, analysis on both business-as-usual and strategic activities, and other reporting requirements as necessary Experience and Knowledge The successful candidate will have global experience and a track record in leading campaigns and initiatives that are culturally contextual and resonant with clients and stakeholders.
